1. Membership Lock-In & Commitment:
All Face Bar memberships have a minimum 3-month lock-in period.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable; any unused benefits will be forfeited.

2. Payment Terms:
Membership payment will be charged on the 1st of each month or the first Monday of each week if the weekly plan is taken.
To pause a membership, a minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next full billing cycle.
Payments must be cleared before attending any treatments or appointments.

3. Non-Transferable Membership:
Memberships cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or transferred to another person in any manner.

4. Unused Treatments:
No refunds or credits for treatments not used within the month will be provided, any unused benefits do not carry over to the following month.

5. Cancellation of Memberships:
Memberships may be cancelled after the initial 3-month contract period with a minimum of 7 days notice before the next full billing cycle.

6. Cancellation of Appointments:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide notice will result in the treatment being forfeited.

7. Missed Appointments Due to Sickness:
If you are unable to attend an appointment due to sickness or any other personal reasons, the treatment or appointment does not carry over to the next month. No refund or extension will be given for missed appointments.

8. Appointment Availability:
Appointments are subject to availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, you may be placed on a wait-list. Pre-bookings are highly encouraged.

9. MEMBERSHIP Merchandise:
Membership merch packs are a one-time benefit given upon joining.
If you cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, you will not receive an additional merch pack.

10. Retail Discounts Do Not Apply to the Following:
Already reduced or sale items.
Limited edition releases
Christmas ranges or packs
Ultraceuticals packs or promotions
Designer Brands range
