Appointment Etiquette
At Face Bar, we are committed to creating a comfortable, safe and professional experience for all our guests. In order to help us do so, we invite you to read our Client Etiquette Guidelines.
Please arrive at Face Bar 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to ensure that any consultation documents can be completed prior to your treatment and your appointment can run for the full duration. Please note that if you are running late, we reserve the right to adjust the duration of your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointments and responsibilities.
Many of our treatments give clients an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. In consideration of others, we ask that mobile phones be switched to silent and noise is kept to a minimum in the upstairs treatment area.
We love your children but for safety reasons, children are not allowed during laser treatments.If children must attend your scheduled appointment in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please ensure headphones are supplied if using any electronic devices.
Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change, and we’re happy to accommodate them when possible! However, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged. For prepaid treatments, packages or memberships the missed appointment will be forfeited.
